Write e-mail to many people but show 'undisclosed-recipients' in the 'To:' portion of message?

If I want to send an e-mail to more than one person but don't want each of them to know who else it was sent to, the 'To:' portion of the message could show 'undisclosed-recipient' but I don't know how to do it.
