Anxiety and allergies, HELP PLEASE?

It's interesting that you mention you use an inhaler. The medications that are in inhalers oftentimes can cause your heart to start pounding and you might start shaking and feeling freaky. It's normal to feel that way after using an inhaler. Keep track of when you feel that bad in relation to when you use your inhaler. There are other medications you can be put on that might not make you feel so bad. It sounds to me like you've got one problem (allergies) and when you try to fix it (medications) you end up with a whole new set of problems (side effects)!
